Payment Information

Clear payment options for comfortable dental care.

At Woodbine Family Dentistry, we want your dental care to feel simple, convenient, and easy to understand. Our team is happy to help you review payment options, insurance information, financing choices, and patient paperwork before your visit.

If you have questions about your benefits, treatment estimate, or financial arrangements, please contact our office and our team will be glad to help.

Accepted Payment Options

Woodbine Family Dentistry accepts several forms of payment to help make your dental care as convenient as possible.

Accepted payment options include:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Money order
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Personal debit cards

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless prior financial arrangements have been made with our office.

Financial Arrangements

Every patient’s dental needs are different, and we understand that treatment planning also includes financial planning.

Our Treatment Coordinator will work with you to review your recommended care and discuss payment options that may fit your needs. We want you to feel informed before beginning treatment and comfortable with the financial steps involved.

For some patients, financing options may make it possible to begin recommended dental treatment sooner while paying over time.

Dental Financing Options

Woodbine Family Dentistry offers financing options for patients who would like to manage the cost of dental care with monthly payments.

CareCredit is one financing option available for healthcare services. It may offer special financing, low monthly payment options, no upfront fees, and no prepayment penalties.

Financing is subject to credit approval. Please contact our office for more information or speak with our team during your visit.

Dental Insurance

Our office is happy to file dental insurance claims as a courtesy after we receive the necessary information from the patient.

We will call to verify insurance coverage and history for each patient. When verifying benefits, we ask about common dental procedures to help understand how the plan is set up with the insurance provider.

Please remember that insurance verification is only a guideline. Information provided by an insurance company is not a guarantee of payment. Final coverage and payment are determined by the insurance company when the claim is processed.

It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to understand how their dental plan works, what their plan covers, and any remaining balance after insurance payment.
